THE SUCCESS OF THE CHINESE NEW YEAR SALES EVENT AND OBSERVATORY HILL HOMES

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all those who came to our Chinese New Year Event and helped make it a huge success. The interest shown in our Observatory Hill homes this last weekend was astounding, and we’d love to tell you why.

BIKE SAFETY TIPS FOR 2019

There are a number of bike riding safety tips of which we all need to be aware. Here is what you need to know if you plan on taking your bicycle on the road this year.

ALL THE PARK AMENITIES ARE JUST A CLICK AWAY

We have more exciting news! We’ve just launched a brand new Interactive Map of the David Dunlap Observatory Park. Not only will this new map allow you to browse all the incredible features the Park has to offer, but each feature also has its own unique video. Every impressive and noteworthy aspect of the DDO Park that you want to know about has been condensed into a short, entertaining video for your viewing pleasure.

Now, from the comfort of your desk, you can see exactly why this Park and the community of Observatory Hill itself is such a unique and desirable area. True to the Park’s approved Master Plan, a substantial portion of the available amenities makes use of the natural environment. Take a stroll, hike, or bike ride through the ample Woodland Trails, have a picnic on the Great Lawn or take the kids to the natural playground featuring astronomy-themed elements and recycled ash trees. Nature lovers will find lots to love about this revitalized park.

However, perhaps your interests tend more towards sports and exercise? If that’s the case, you’ll adore the 4-season skating trail, the tennis courts, and the Elvis Stojko Skating Arena. Go rollerskating, play some tennis, or just enjoy a recreational skate, you won’t ever be bored when the David Dunlap Observatory Park is practically in your backyard.

In addition to these activity-based amenities, the park will also receive renovation updates to all of the heritage sites including the Elms Lea Visitors Centre, the David Dunlap Observatory, and the renowned Administration Building.

All of this and more is now presented in the fun, short videos on our Interactive Park Map. Be sure to check it out and view all of these amazing park amenities for yourself.

Observatory Hill is a world-class development that has been receiving global attention. Toronto and Richmond Hill are both expected to benefit greatly from the new addition of this new community, and everything that goes along with it.

Stay tuned to your inbox and myobservatoryhill.ca for the next update, as we’ll be releasing the floor plans for all models next week!
